Türk bayraklı gemilerin, Paris Memorandumu çerçevesinde Avrupa limanlarında tutulmaları devam ediyor. Özellikle teknik ve sertifika eksikliklerinden dolayı tutulan Türk gemileri, büyük sıkıntı oluşturmaya devam ediyor.
Beşerler Denizcilik'e ait 2408 GRT'luk Türk bayraklı "MUEZZINOGLU" isimli kuru yük gemisi Paris memorandumu çerçevesinde Fransa'nın Bayonce Limanı'nda üç (3) gün tutuldu.
Ekim ayında tutulan dört (4) Türk bayraklı gemi ile birlikte, Paris Memarandumu çerçevesinde, 2006 yılının ilk 10 ayında Avrupa limanlarında tutulan Türk bayraklı gemi sayısı 29 olurken, tutulma sayısı ise 30'a yükseldi.
