Paris Memorandumu çerçevesinde eksik evrak ve teknik eksikliklerden dolayı Türk Bayraklı gemiler Avrupa limanlarında tutulmaya devam ediyor. Şubat ayında Türk bayraklı yedi gemi eksikliklerden dolayı Avrupa limanlarında tutuldu.
Demre Denizcilik'e ait DEMRE İtalya'nın La Spezia Limanı'nda on beş (15) gün, Efe Denizcilik'e ait CEM SULTAN İtalya'nın Livorno Limanı'nda iki (2) gün, Altuğ Denizcilik'e ait PREVEZE İtalya'nın La Spezia Limanı'nda üç (3) gün, İlke Gemi İşletmeciliğine ait MUSA BEY Yunanistan'ın Elefsis Limanı'nda beş (5) gün, Ermar Denizcilik'e ait TAYYAR SENKAYA-1 İspanya'nın Barselona Limanı'nda iki (2) gün, Ayden Denizcilik'e ait HALIL AGA Slovenya'nın Koper Limanı'nda iki (2) gün, Arkal Denizcilik'e ait CAFER KALKAVAN İtalya'nın Venedik Limanı'nda iki (2) gün tutuldu.
Ocak ayında tutulan Türk bayraklı üç gemi ile birlikte 2006'nın ilk iki ayında toplam 10 Türk bayraklı gemi, Paris Memorandumu çerçevesinde Avrupa limanlarında tutulmuş oldu.
