Temmuz Denetlemelerinde Kötüye Gidiş Netleşti
Temmuz 2009 ayı içerisinde PARİS MOU limanlarında Türk Bayraklı gemilere yapılan denetlemelerin sonuçları; Haziran ayında işaretleri alınan kötüye gidişin devam ettiğini ve netleştiğini gösterdi.
PARIS MOU kaynaklarından elde edilen bilgilere göre; Temmuz 2009 ayı içerisinde Paris MOU limanlarında 63 gemi denetlenirken; 19 gemi denetlemelerden SIFIR eksikle çıkmayı başardı, 4 gemimiz ise tutuldu.
Haziran 2009 ayında ise Paris MOU limanlarında 66 Türk Bayraklı gemi denetlenmiş, 23 gemi sıfır eksikle çıkmayı başarırken. 2 gemimiz tutulmuştu.
Özet olarak; TEMMUZ 2009 ayında Paris MOU limanlarında;
- Toplam 63 Türk Bayraklı gemi denetlendi. (Mayıs ayında 51, Haziran ayında 66 gemi denetlenmişti)
- 19 Gemi 0 eksikle denetlemelerden çıktı. ( Mayıs ayında 23 gemi, Haziran ayında 24 gemi 0 eksikle çıkmıştı)
- ALİBEY-2, Elefsis/Yunanistan'da; Hızır Karaer I, Olbia/İtalya'da; Banu-S, Katania/İtalya'da; Kaptan İlyas Kalkavan, Köstence/Romanya'da olmak üzere 4 gemimiz tutuldu. (Önceki ay tutulan gemi sayısı 2 olmuştu)
- 0 Eksikle çıkma oranı %30,1; Tutulma oranı ise %6,3 oldu. (Bir önceki ay 0 eksikle çıkma oranı %34,8; Tutulma oranı ise %3 idi)
Bu sonuçlara göre; Beyaz Liste'ye girmiş olan Türk Bayraklı gemilerin Temmuz 2009 performansları önceki aylardan kötü bir görünüm sergiledi. Kötüye gidişin Haziran ayında başladığı dikkate alınırsa Temmuz ayında göreceli olarak ivme kazandığı görülmekte.
