MART 2009 Gurur Madalyası'na 22 Aday MART 2009 Ayı içerisinde içerisinde Paris MOU Limanlarında 71 Türk Bayraklı gemi denetlenirken, bunlardan 22si denetlemelerden 0 eksikle çıkmayı başardı. Bu sonuca göre; denetlenen gemi sayısında %29 artış olurken; 0 eksikle çıkan gemi sayısında ise ancak %10 luk bir artış oldu.Tutulan gemi sayısı ise 3 olarak kaldı, önceki aya göre sayı olarak değişmedi. Ancak Denetlenen gemi sayısı/Tutulan Gemi Sayısı oranında olumlu yönde artış görüldü. Denetlenen gemi sayısı %29 artmasına rağmen tutulan gemi sayısında artış olmaması gemilerimizin durumunda iyileşmeye işaret ediyor.Özet olarak; Mart 2009 ayında Paris MOU limanlarında;Toplam 71 Türk Bayraklı gemi denetlendi. (Şubat ayında 59 gemi denetlenmişti) 22 Gemi 0 eksikle denetlemelerden çıktı. (Şubat ayında 20 gemi 0 eksikle çıkmıştı) 3 Gemimiz tutuldu.(Önceki ay da tutulan gemi sayısı 3'tü)  0 Eksikle çıkma oranı %30,1 Tutulma oranı ise %4,22 olarak istatistiklere yansıdı. (bir önceki ay 0 Eksikle çıkma oranı %33,8  tutulma oranı ise %5,08 idi). 0 eksikle çıkma oranında negatif ve denetlenen gemi/tutulan gemi oranında  pozitif bir gelişmeden (önceki iki aya oranla) söz etmek mümkün.
